Barbara Hollimon Palmer

Services for Barbara Hollimon Palmer will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the C. W. Pettigrew Center on the campus of Fort Valley State University.Mrs. Palmer, 81, passed away recently surrounded by her family.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted husband, Thomas J. Palmer; daughters Dr. Tomia (Dr. Alvin) Harmon, Felice (Juanson) Pitt; bonus daughter Cheryl Palmer; great nephew Corey Palmer; sisters; Elmira Bonner and R. Marie Glasco; brother, William D. (Angela) Hollimon; seven grandchildren: Jaden Pitt, Christian Pitt, Mason Pitt, Christina Harmon, Alexander Harmon, Malik Palmer and Mikah Palmer; and a host of other family members and friends.
