“The earth is the Lord and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Psalm 24:1 God needed another carpenter, so on November 3, 1945, Charlie Clarence Smith was born to the parentage of the late Ruben and Ellie Smith. He was the baby boy of 18 siblings. He was preceded in death by 13 siblings .

He attended the public schools of Peach County. In the workforce he started as a painter. He worked at Georgia Power as a crew leader but later utilized and discovered his gift as a carpenter, a master carpenter. Around the Middle GA area, he was known as one of the best carpenters.

He was married to the late Gladys Smith for 46 years until the Lord called her to her eternal rest.

In September of 1969, he received the Holy Ghost under the leadership of Elder Eddie Robinson accepting the Lord as his personal savior and became a builder for the Kingdom of God. In 1985, he was called into the ministry and later fulfilled his vision of starting, designing and building Loose and Bind Ministries COGBF in Dublin, GA.

He attended Refreshing Faith Bible College where he received his Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate Degree in Theology and a license in counseling.
