Eloise Gibson

Eloise was born on March 18, 1951, in Fort Valley, Georgia, to the late Charlie Gibson and Eva Kate Gibson. She was born and raised in Fort Valley, where she spent her life surrounded by family, friends, and a community she loved.

Affectionately known as "Wee Wee," she was known for her warm heart, joyful spirit, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. She had a deep love for music and dancing, especially listening to The Spinners. Her laughter, vibrant personality, and love for life brought joy to everyone who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her devoted son, Derrick Gibson; her beloved grandson, Darion Allen; her sisters, Dianne Brown, Carrie Gibson, and Annie Smith; her brother, Isaac Gibson and his wife, Brenda Gibson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Gibson and Eva Kate Gibson; her brothers, Charlie Gibson Jr. and Sterling Gibson ("Sweet"); and her sisters, Alice Gibson, Katrina Gibson, and Brenda Gibson.

Though she is no longer with us in body, the love she shared, the joy she brought, and the memories she created will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her.

Her legacy will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
