IIdell Ficklin Williams was born on January 1, 1951 in Peach County, Georgia to the late Adell and William Lyons.
Idell passed away on January 2, 2026 in Macon, Georgia surrounded by her loving family.
Idell grew up in Crawford County, Georgia and attended the public schools.
She later went on to work at Pearson Farms.
She was an active member of Ross Chapel Community Church and frequently visited Harris Chapel CME church. She loved church and praised the Lord wherever and whenever she could.
Idell loved Jesus, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed helping others and was always willing to lend a hand to care for whoever needed her help.
She was proceeded in death by her mother, father, sister, daughter, and husband.
Her legacy of love and memories will be cherished by her daughter, Wynette Williams and son Kershawn Williams; granddaughter Lamika Adams (Clint); grandsons, Courtney, Jerome, David, and Keith; sisters, Kathy Solomon, Celia Mae Townes (Charlie), Dottie Mathews, and Julia Ann Hill (Marcus); brothers William Lyons, Richard Lyons (Janet) and Gilbert Lyons (Sonja); 3 great grandsons and a host of nieces and nephews; 2 devoted friends, Johnnie Mae McCrary and Barbara Green; sisters-in-law, Laura Williams, Robin Bonner, Lois, Rosa Mae Tripp; brothers-in-law, Jimmy Williams, Melvin Shank, Frank Williams.
