Karen Lynn Allen

She was educated in the Peach County School System. She was known as a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and aunt. She was a very quiet but caring person. She would go out of her way to cheer up others in her soft-spoken way. Her hobbies were entertaining friends and family and preparing her special dishes for them. She also loved all types of music and visiting different churches. She worked at Robins Air Force Base as a Custodial Engineer for a number of years before retiring.

She is also preceded in death by her husband Ike Allen, daughter, Jennifer Allen and her son; Tony Allen.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Elberta Slappy of Fort Valley, Georgia; daughter: Janice Allen, Fort Valley, Georgia; sisters: Nettie Mae Harris and Herdesenia Brown all of Fort Valley, Georgia; brothers: Ronald Slappy, Dublin, GA; Levi Slappy, Wichita, KS; a special niece, Renea (Ronnie) Harris Daniels of Fort Valley, Georgia; and a loving cousin, Lonnie Barrett of Fort Valley, Georgia; her wonderful grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends.
