SFC William M. Batts, Jr.
SFC William M. Batts Jr. (Ret.) was born on August 23, 1965 to the late Mr. William M. Batts Sr. and Mrs. Connie Batts of Newport News, VA. He attended Hampton High School before enlisting into the U. S. Army on September 27, 1982. He served his country for 33 years, before retiring on March 1, 2017.
He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, wife of 33 years, Mrs. Wanda L. Batts and his two children, son William M. Batts III and daughter Brea A. E. Batts.
